Born from frustration with spreadsheet chaos
Every IT team knows the pain: assets scattered across multiple spreadsheets, license renewals slipping through the cracks, and no clear picture of what you actually own or where it is.
Flottix was born from 8 years of experience as a Head of IT in the high-stakes security sector. Managing a fleet of hundreds of devices and thousands of software licenses across multiple offices, I realized that existing tools were either too complex for daily operations or as fragile as the spreadsheets they were meant to replace.
So we built a deterministic engine: strict multi-tenancy, immutable audit trails, and a state machine that never lets an agent invent who possesses a MacBook. In 2026 we opened the full protocol to every plan — because AI-native ITAM only works when agents have real access.
